Was going to toss it, but went through my stack of warranty stuff…paper said “we got your back, just call!” So I did. USA number so wasn’t expecting anything but after 7 min call! and providing the serial, two wweks later I got a new replacement no questions asked. Keep the warrant card!

The second year of use, the inner tube split in several spots. Got a replacement from Home Depot, and now, after only 2 months of using, the same thing happened. The inner tube split. There is no way to repair that tube yourself. I'm not going to bring it back and get another replacement, I'm just going to buy something else.

What a colossal waste of money. When I went back to the store to buy another hose, the guy who helped me told me this brand was junk, and I shouldn’t have bought it. If the people who work there know it’s a piece of junk, why are you selling them?
