Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aquasuna Amazing taste! I love this company and their products. I have the countertop water filter and I always enjoy my water. The glass container that came with the filter was the icing on the cake! I’ve saved so much money from buying water bottles and decreased my plastic use! No BPA! I’m so thankful for this product allowing me to have clean filtered water in my home. I tell all my friends to get this and we have done water taste comparisons!! Auqasana always wins!!! Also sometimes when I’ve drank water I’m still thirsty? And after using aquasana to filter my water my thirst is always quinched!!! Thank you aquasana.

I love how clean and great the water tastes after filtration, BUT my filter cartridge only lasts 15 days which makes it an extremely expensive purchase. My family's water consumption barely reaches 1/10th of cartridge usage limit before the machine starts signaling that it's time to replace the filter. I have gotten my Clean Water Machine replaced thrice now (customer care agent thought may be it was due to the machine), but I still get the same result. Love the water, but it doesn't meet the filter life promise which makes filter replacement a very costly affair for me :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got it in time From the time my Aquasana Clean Water Machine was given to me as a Mother's Day gift, this is my second time to order replacement filters. It arrived late December 2020 and on January1, 2021, the lights turned red as I got water from the machine. So it was right on time when my order was delivered. As before, and as the same feedback of other people, putting back the cover of the machine is quite a challenge when replacing filter. Maybe over time, I would be more proficient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well I bought the new filters to replace the one I had in the machine when I bought it. When I went online I was not sure of the model number of the filter. I looked at the information that came with the machine and found nothing. Thinking that I probably knew which filter was the right one, I was ready to place the order but fortunately, had second thoughts and called the company. It was good that I did or I would have ordered the wrong filter. My only concern is how long the filter lasts. The ad says that it is goon for 350 gallons but the original filter did not last anywhere near that long. Still, we are happy with the machine.

It has a built in warning light that turns on when the filter needs to be replaced. When used as designed, the water is just as refreshing to drink as the popular store bought brands, and much less cost to me! Love this system!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These filters only last a few weeks I have installed my 4th filter with the same result - the filter only lasts a few weeks before the Reinstall new filter light comes on. This is my 2nd clean water machine and I’ve experienced problems with filters. I also had the same issues a year before I replaced my last machine. Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Water For Less I bought my counter top Aquasana because, mainly you can start drinking water right away after the filter is installed. The other factor on buying Aquasana, the filter lasts about 6 months and the machine lets you know when the filter needs to be changed, no second guessing!
