Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome. This isn't a cheap tin shed. It was a lot of work. 84 man hours. Get some help. If you are not good at interpreting and following directions, get a lot of help. Make sure that your base is level, or the building will tweak, and it will be hard to line up the holes. Common sense. The end result is well worth the effort. I think it is a great value for the buck. And it looks great. Would do it again. Recommended for those looking for a longer lasting quality shed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from way over priced 20 foot shed This shed takes 2 men 3 to 4 days to build--many of the holes didn't line up--your base must be perfectly level--it is made of a very weak metal--if you lean on it or your kids hit it with a ball, it dents--buy a wooden shed--it will last longer and be more secure

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Shed I had this delivered a month ago because of the dimensions posted on the website. However I could have saved myself $200.00 because it came in 4 boxes and would have fit in my 1/2 tonne. All the holes in the frame to secure the outside tin were too small for the Screws that came with the building so they ALL needed to be pre drilled bigger to fit the screws. We are used to carpentry and it still took us over 3 full weekends to assemble even though the floor was built and levelled before the shed showed up. Don't waste the $200 for delivery if your home depot is close and pre drill your holes to give you less grief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to assemble I needed a shed to enclose my well pump equipment but I decided to make it bigger. I chose the Arrow 10 x 20 foot shed. The instructions are clear and concise, amazingly accurate. Every hole lines up with a little help from an icepick. The hardware is lacking gripper nuts but a bent open end wrench and power screwdriver are helpful. A few days are needed to complete the shed. Time will tell how the shed holds up to the weather but I am pleased with the purchase.

Do not try to put this together without an awl, I am very thankful I saw that recommendation by another review. 25 hours to put together is a good estimate (I have 10' by 20'). The directions are relatively easy to follow, there are a few confusing issues, but it isn't that tough. The hardest part of the entire operation is putting together the trusses, believe it or not, screwing the screws into the pre drilled holes is very difficult (you can forget using a power drill) and left my hands in blisters. Worst part was that there were numerous parts missing. I had two key parts to one truss missing, plus a few other parts that I was able to replace with stuff I bought at Home Depot. This dropped my review significantly. Best part was the price, easily half the cost of similar sized sheds sold at Home Depot in the store. I put my shed on a concrete floor 4-6 inches thick. Probably the hardest part of the whole job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What a pain to assembly Ok once assembled this building is nice so the three star rating is because of assembly. For the 10x20 their is 4 truss assembly's you must put together which each have 22 pieces each. This thing is like a large erector set and is a pain to put together. The hardware you get is cheap screws you get for the roof is small screws with plastic washers you must put on every screw. I opted not to install those in my roof because the plastic will crack over time in the sun and leak. I used self tapping sheet metal screws with rubber gaskets for a better seal. Pre drilled holes don't all line up so it makes it harder. One piece of advice I have is to ensure you are level and square during the whole assembly process. I would also consider the assembly time which took two of us 2 1/2 weekends and look at a wood model yes more expensive but would be so much easier to put together. And yes we both know about construction. The only way I would suggest this product is if you only bought the 10x10 because the larger you go like the one I bought the 10 x 20 you get two 5 foot expansion modules and the holes and extruded pieces are not exactly the same probably due to poor QA during manufacturing I hope this review informs you of what to expect with this building and if size vs cost is you main consern as it was for me than this may be for you just be prepared for some labor and irritation.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from too exspensive for the quality Extremely tedious to put together. Very small screws and nuts, the metal is so thin and weak that if you lean against it you will dent it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a cool economical way to have a large shed. It took a little work, but well worth it. A much larger shed than we could have gotten in a wood shed for the price.

Is the metal thick enough to wall mount let's say TVs, shelves?

Asked by: Ruben
To start with, I didn't get all the parts, then I didn't get the right instructions, but I did get instructions in 2 foreign languages. I had to order more parts 2 times so far, and how many more times will I need to do that. I will be contacting "Customer Care" to see what if anything they will do about it. Now we had a wind storm Friday night and with my shed half way built it looked like a pretzel. It is totally ruined. I wish I had never bought this shed. I don't have my pictures developed yet.

How long of a trailer do I need to pick up the 10x20 kit--is 8 feet enough???

Asked by: wildyank130
The five boxes fit in my short bed pickup. They are about six feet long and six inches thick and about four feet wide. They are heavy, about one hundred pounds each. I built mine without help in about a week of five hour days. I poured a concrete pad a few weeks before. It makes a nice barn for my grandkids chickens.

How many 80lb bags of concrete would I need to pour a pad for this shed?

Asked by: Ashley
Please review the owner's manual (link attached) as to base construction and preparation. The instructions here are for a 10 x 10' model. Larger bases would have to be extended in 5 foot increments, but the width would remain the same. For the best advice on exactly how much base (concrete) materials would be needed, please note the instructions for the base or print out the page with those instructions/specifications and take to the Home Depot lumber/contractor service desk for assistance in the amount of materials you will need for the mix. http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfImages/ac/ac42cfab-de7a-4b3a-a354-26e06bec05cf.pdf
