It delayed my project by two weeks - the time it took for you to figure out where it went, have it picked and re-delivered...not happy..john stuart

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tile for a balcony! Pros- This was easy to install and hasn't warped or faded in the sun at all so far. It feels nice to step on barefoot, except when it's in direct sunlight where its too hot to do so (but everything else on the balcony is also too hot at this time, so it's not really a negative) Cons- Dirt tends to get stuck between the tiles (the parts where they connect but also the ridges on each tile). It is somewhat hard to clean when this happens. Overall I am very happy with this purchase!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to install and look good You'll need a very level platform/deck to get a good result with these tiles. Tiles are easy to cut and install. I bought 96 tiles, three of which I put aside because of surface imperfections. I then used these tiles in spots that needed to be cut or weren't noticeable. Also you will find the odd plank that doesn't fit as snugly in the tile as the rest, and wants to slide a little bit when you step on it the right way. Hard to notice this until you're done. Might want to have some woodscrews handy to solve this problem. All in all I am pretty happy with the results but I do feel this product is slightly over priced. If you could get these tiles on sale for $4.50 or less, I'd say 5 stars. But at 5.70, I rate the tiles 3.5 stars.

Could these be placed on compacted road base ?

Hello, Aura tiles are recommended to be installed on a solid, flat surface. If there is an uneven area and the tiles are able to shift, there is a risk that they may become unlocked from each other and cause a potential tripping hazard. For best results ensure that your surface is well compacted, level, and clear of debris.

Are these waterproof? anti-slip? mould-resistant?

Hello Sam_P Aura Deck Tiles will not absorb water as they are made of polymer plastic and contain no organic material. This make them impervious to mold, mildew and rot. Aura Deck Tiles feature a deep embossing pattern to help with traction when walking on the tiles.

Est-que ça peut être installé directement sur un sol compacté (terre et fine poussière de gravier) en remplacement d’un spa?  Est-ce que ça doit être collé? Est-ce que ça se coupe bien si notre espace n’est pas exactement la bonne dimension?

Hello Jogo1103 Il est recommandé d'installer les carreaux de terrasse Aura sur une surface solide et plane. Ils peuvent être installés sur un sol dur et compact. Veuillez noter que si votre sol n'est pas compacté, il y a un potentiel de déplacement des carreaux au fur et à mesure que le sol se dépose ou se déplace. Il n'y a pas de matière organique dans les carreaux Aura donc ils ne pourriront pas, ne moisiront pas. Les tuiles se connectent solidement ensemble avec des languettes de verrouillage de chaque côté, elles n'ont pas besoin d'être collées. Les carreaux Aura peuvent être coupés sur mesure, nous recommandons une coupe rapide avec une lame de scie circulaire de 16 dents et moins. Veuillez vous référer au manuel d'installation Aura Deck Tile que vous trouverez dans la section Présentation du produit sur HomeDepot.ca pour des instructions plus détaillées.
