Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING DECK TILES The deck tiles are excellent. They are easy to assemble. You don't have to remove your existing deck and that is a bonus. You need to purchase the deck tile transition pieces to finish it off so a table saw is required to cut to size and also to cut the deck tiles to fit in corners. Hiring a handyman is a good idea as they know exactly what they are doing. Remember when measuring your deck to purchase extra as they can get scratched when moving stuff around, easy to pop one out and replace and over time if one gets scratched or broken, you can replace it. Our decks, bridge and gazebo are now finished and we are thrilled with the results. We now have a maintenance free outdoor living space that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Can you screw into this product if you pre-drill holes? I just need to screw my deck railing in on top of the tiles.

Hi, I have the tiles just placed on my deck but predrilling them should work. The only problem I can see is by anchoring through the tiles may cause the railing to be weaker in the wind.

Is it no problems to install on the vinyl deck? I'm worry about melt the underlay plastic during summer time and attach with vinyl deck.

Hello Steve, Aura Deck Tiles are recommended to be installed on a solid, flat surface. They do not require any underlay. The tile backing is designed to allow airflow and drainage.

I am interested in purchasing these tiles for our balcony. How do you adjust them to ensure that the entire balcony is fully and evenly covered? Do they need to be cut? Do we send home depot the dimensions of our balcony and they ensure that they fit?

We have aura tiles on our balcony. We’ve had them About 3 years. We got Our balcony ‘set up’ this aft and damp mopped the tiles. They have lost the shine they had when new and look  almost cloudy now. Is there a coating we can put on them
