The walnut colour in the Home Depot listing was not what we received (it appeared darker in the ad) and was actually lighter when we opened the packing. It was too much of an effort to return it, so we’ll just live with it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ce ne sont même pas les mêmes couleurs J'ai acheté ce produit, qui après seulement un hiver, nécessitait déjà le remplacement de plusieurs carreaux craqués. Pourtant, ce produit n'est-il pas censé être garanti pour 20 ans?! Ça n'a pas de bon sens. Je ne me suis pas trompé dans mon achat : même produit, même nom, même code bar, mais pas la même apparence.... vraiment décevant. Les supports de plastique ne sont pas mieux non plus : plusieurs ont craqués et ne retiennent plus les lattes en résine.... j'ai dû coller ça avec un mélange de colle chaude et de crazy glue. Fini les produits Aura !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Balcony tiles are great value and look great. Excellent product. Looks great and adds value to our sun deck. Definitely recommend using a jig saw for fine cuts and skill saw or table saw for the major cuts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from connection issues I bought some a couple of years ago and gave them a 5 star. Just bought more for another deck and used 2 packs left over from previous deck. Wouldn't you know it they don't match. The colour is off a bit which can happen and you live with that but the biggest problem is that the old ones have three connectors on each side and the new packs have 4 connectors on each side. Won't connect no matter what you do. Also be ware that the old packs came with 10 tiles and the new packs only have 6 tiles. Needless to say I went by how many packs of ten I needed to do the job and when I got to installing them I was way short of the amount I needed. Back to the store I have to go.

Would this be ok installed on a non -heated inclosed balcony in the winter?

Yes it will work for sure. I bought mine for our outdoor balcony and worked great through out first winter.

Our patio is exposed to direct sun from 11am onwards. Will the tiles buckle in the heat? The size is approx 200 sq feet. In the winter will the tiles be okay to walk on?

My deck is neither a square nor a rectangle. Can these deck tiles be cut to accommodate irregular shaping? If so, can I bring it to a home depot to have it cut? If not, what tools would I need? Thank you.

Hi Jennifer Yes you can cut the deck tiles, measure and transcribe the area to be cut out. Using a circular saw (16 teeth or less) cut tile to the desired length. Make quick cuts. Loose boards may be secured using 1/2″ long, #8 screws (not included), installed through the small round holes on the back of the tile. Unopened packages can be returned. Thank you for your inquiry!
