Rated 1 out of 5 by Djview58 from Garbage I bought this a month ago replacing the original one to provide a colour match. I was pleased to see it was made in Canada but the jubilation ended there. Instead of screw connectors for the wire hook up they have two poorly crafted blade terminals. This requires you to purchase a pkg. of female blade terminals ends and crimp to your wires. Np untill you realize they won't clamp to the provided male end and fall right off. In addition, the spring (which bridges the circuit when you open the inlet door) slides under the blade terminal. Once you connect the female end (coated in plastic) it lifts up the blade and no longer makes contact. I was forced to cut off the connectors, strip back wire and twist connect it to to the micky mouse wire clamp incorporated into the contact blades. Doesn't end there. The vacuum sweep does not have a 2" inside diameter requiring a 2" adaptor. Poorly designed to nickle and dime you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Adrian from Good but why so expensive? This unit was easy to install under our kitchen cabinets. I like that behind, it connects horizontally from the back of the unit, to the vacuum pipe. Much better than other units that connect from above. Note you will need a coupler to attach the pipe to the unit. Only complaint is that it is SO expensive for a piece of moulded plastic.
