Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth it, EVER! Worst product ever. The stain is already peeling!!! It's not even been a full year. Our deck is old and we spent several weekends cleaning and preparing our wrap around deck, including pressure washing. We did this last summer and applied 2 coats. In between the coats we waited a full 24 hours before the next coat. Now it's fully coming off. Some of our old wood was rotting so we had to replace them, clearly this horrible product cannot even work with brand new wood. Don't ever buy this product if you want it to last. I seriously want my money back because this product is not cheap and it didn't even do the job right.

I was concerned about ease of application, clean up, color results, and durability. This product was very easy to apply with a roller and 4” stain brush on 6x8’ cedar fence panels. The clean up was a breeze with soap and water. We were very pleased with the color. After looking at the aisle of so many products and colors, a friend had me look at their fence, and recommended this product. I’m so happy I decided to use this. I realized afterwards that Behr makes a long lasting choice, but I won’t hesitate to choose this brand and color again!

Started by sanding and then hand painted this product over more than 500 linear feet of at least 6foot fencing. This product absorbed very quickly into the wood, and in most cases I was in at least 2 coats and in most places I am going with 3 because I like the finish, and I am hoping to not have to do this again for a very long time. The result is very beautiful and puts a finishing detail into our yard. It makes it feel much more finished, tropical and lush with our landscaping.

I lightly sanded any rough edges and lightly wiped the table down with a slightly damp cloth. I allowed this to dry overnight, then applied the product outdoors with a paint brush. It goes on clear with a slightly milky look to it. I applied 2 light coats to the entire potting table and it all dried with a clear, matte finish to it. I was able to complete the project in one day. If you didn't know I had applied it to the wood, you wouldn't know the wood had been treated with anything. Very pleased with how it turned out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Less Work-Less "Paint"..Great Results We have had our mountain vacation cabin for about 20 years now. Every few years we have to clean like crazy and reseal the decking. Last fall we change our normal brand and tried your Behr Premium Transparent All in One. Fast forward a year later and the deck still looks like just refinished and new. Not only are we protected the product was easier to apply than that other brand and I feel we will not have to redo next year. The all in one saved us steps, time, and money because we didn't have to buy two other products. Love that! Thus saving money in the long run..wear and tear and labor. We are very pleased and now looking into doing the trim this summer with your semi gloss paints. Thanks Behr.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY unsatisfied We used the Golden Honey to stain our deck. The colour came out looking like the Behr 'curry' semi-transparent colour. NOT at all what we were looking for!! We stripped, sanded and cleaned our deck using Behr products and followed all instructions clearly. We wanted a slight tint to the colour to help mask the age of the wood but wanted a more natural look that we previously had. Buyer beware...if you're looking for your wood to show through the Behr transparent's with colour are NOT the way to go. The outcome did not even come close to matching the colour swatch available in the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tacky after following directions. After 5 days my deck is still tacky. Feels like soda was spilled on the entire thing!! I asked for the fastest drying clear protectant because I have giant st. Bernards and a huge covered beautiful redwood deck. So the guy at home depot recommended this. 5 days later, they still can't go on it. I did what the back of the can said to do. And now I've looked up how to fix and it seems like a NIGHTMARE to fix for a giant deck. Very frustrating that it's tacky. The 1st coat wasn't tacky at all. I should have just went with my judgment and left it at 1 coat. But the can said to apply 2 thin coats so, I'm assuming it was over applied.

It's not clear and it peels Laid down the "clear" product in spring of 2022 after the recommended prep work following the instructions on the can/website. The "clear" colour is not that. It has a significant yellow tint to it. Sucked it up and did not change as it was a lot of work to get it down. Fast forward to the spring of 2023 after a Canadian winter and there is peeling all over the place. I am going to have to sand the entire deck before I can re-prep and seal with another company's product as I won't trust this "4 year guaranteed" product again. So many hours wasted. The pictures don't do it justice. It looks horrible
