This traditional chandelier from the Candle Collection hangs beautifully over dining room and kitchen table areas, or as an accent to living rooms and foyer entryways. The black finish is versatile, and will coordinate easily with a variety of existing interior décor styles. The round, wagon-wheel design is shade-less and does not contain glass. The light is fully dimmable with a compatible dimmer switch (not included) to adjust the desired intensity and create the perfect atmosphere. This fixture will suit both rustic and traditional style interiors. This fixture is easy to install, and is suitable for use in dry indoor locations only. Shop the Candle Collection for smaller 14.5 inch (36.8 cm), 19 inch (48,3 cm), and 24 inch (61 cm) diameter models.

I would recommend installing it on a dimmer switch as it is very bright with all the lights. I’m used to it now but it’s pretty blinding when you first install.

Yes it can as  long as you have the right light bulbs (dimmable LED bulbs).
