Rated 3 out of 5 by from Desk assembly and missing desk With our one desk fully assembled we are happy with the desk. However, putting it together was a different story! Many pieces had no labels so finding what pieces we were looking for was very challenging. We ordered 2 desks on December 26 2022 and have yet to see the other desk. Communication on where it is and what went wrong have been lacking as well. My friend who helped put the desk together and is excellent at very experienced was very unimpressed with the lack of proper instructions. It took three people 5 hours to finish. I am happy with the end result but not with the company itself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good desk but not great assembly This desk itself looks nice and was fairly easy for 2 people to put together. But there were a few times where holes were not lined up properly or off centre and we had to drill our own holes for the desk to be put together properly. The corner of one tabletop was chipped out of the box. Be aware that the second "drawer" on the tower of drawers isn't a drawer, but a shelf with a swing out door. I was not aware of this.

Il y a plein de picots noirs comme imprégner dans la peinture ( sur une porte de la huche donc visible) et plusieurs planches étaient déjà sales. Le bureau était en réduction, mais quand même, pour le prix, c'est très décevant.

The assembly instructions were exceptionally well done. Every single piece was in pristine condition, was individually labelled, corresponded to the detailed/illustrated assembly guide.

Some holes did not line up with fasteners, all edges of doors and drawer were not finished/sanded, but overall it looks good, you should check out your quality control on edging ! Thank you, I plan to buy another desk in 2021, but I am hesitant to buy Bestar ?
