The resulting Murphy bed/sofa combination is the perfect solution for making the most out of a very small space. It offers a place to sit, rest, lay down or sleep. Sit comfortably during the day, and when it's time to rest, simply remove the cushions and fold out the Murphy bed.

Bed accommodates most standard Full mattresses (8-10 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 54 x 75 inches, no futons) to let you choose the most comfortable option (mattress not included, box spring not required)

Open bed extends 88.3 inches from the wall; minimum ceiling height of anchoring wall is 83.5 inches

Suspension is made with 9-gauge sinuous coils. 2 high plastic or chrome legs. Hardwood frame. The seat Cushions are 7.9 thick. All fabrics have a heavy duty backing. No nails are used, only staples

Maximum weight supported is 1000 lb (including mattress), Assembly required (3 people recommended)

For installation and to avoid risk of injury, use only a qualified person. Bed may be attached to wood/metal studs, or masonry wall structures; masonry requires use of concrete screws (not provided)
