Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money I had to return this item twice because of what I thought was a faulty pump. It turns out that it is a flaw in their design of the pump which affects all their units. What they don't tell you is that the type of liquid that you pour into the chamber needs to be at just the right viscosity or else you have to pump it an insane number of times before even getting a decent amount to use. It doesn't matter how many times you "prime" the pump, it will never dispense properly. Out of all the liquids I poured into the unit, ie: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc., I found that if it is too thick or too thin it will not dispense properly. It literally has to be just right which is a huge inconvenience. I end up having to take the top cover off and scoop it out manually. Diluting the liquid by adding water will not work either. Avoid this product at all costs because once you mount it on your wall, by drilling or silicone, it is very difficult to remove.

The dispenser is pretty good. We had some issues initially trying to find the right soaps/shampoos that would work. Seems if the shampoo is too think there are issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install, to use and to maintain! What I like about this dispenser is... EVERYTHING. I've had this unit for 4 years of daily use and I am about to buy another one for the 2nd bathroom. 1. Easy to install: - 2 options: corner and flat wall - all you need to do the job is already included in the package - no drilling of your ceramics - don't like it - remove it with no holes and residue (after a thorough clean-up) - included stickers are great - don't show any signs of wear of bad adhesion in 4 years of daily use. 2. Easy to use: - buttons are well positioned and you won't knock your fingers on the wall every time - buttons have fair firmness (at least for me, my wife and any guests we've had from kids to elders) - the squeeze amount is adjustable! don't push it till the end if you need just a dash of your gel! For me (shampoo, shower gel, gel for face cleaning - of various viscosity) it works just great! note: soap bars will not work with this model :) - Some models have just a tiny window to show how much of the gel is left, I prefer to have a good look with these translucent mate bottles 3. Easy to maintain: - the lid gets off easily (but not flimsy to knock it off while showering) - some models I've seen require a key! - since we are clean freaks - it's important to our family that these kind of units are cleanable easily; just lift the bottles upright until it clicks and pull towards you; now you can brush around the support glued to the wall AND the bottle - under (around the nozzles, where a lot of gel accumulates) and around.

600 ml give or take I usually buy Ivory shower gel of 709 ml and I'm left with some at the bottom of the bottle after filling an empty dispenser
