They said they would be shipped as soon as they were available but I am beginning to wonder when that will be.

Unfortunately, there were no hooks which I needed. There was a note inside saying they were out of hooks and if I wanted them to email for them and they would send them when they were in stock. I've ordered, but still waiting for the hooks. And still fighting with the birds who are drilling into my patio columns.

The tape can be bought anywhere, it’s the brackets that are hard to find. It would have been nice to know this upfront, with an option to cancel instead of just being charged full price for half the product? NOT impressed!
