Fabulous product, amazed at the suction's ability to pick such fine particles. Easy to use and the swirl makes it flexible to maneuver the vacuum while power cable rewind is totally worth the price. Only suggestion to improve the product is that it would be better to have multi-use extension tools with metal parts and magnetic attachment rings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed - detachable hose not as specified The detachable hose is advertised to be 8' long, which would allow easy vacuuming of stairs and furniture. I bought this product thinking that it has a functional 8' hose. In reality, it is much shorter than 8'. The flexible part is roughly 3' long, and you can add the rigid extension and nozzle, adding about 1 1/2' of length. This is only 5 1/2' long, and as soon as you try to stretch the flexible hose the entire vacuum cleaner moves or falls on its side. The only way to really get the hose to 8' is to have someone hold the vacuum while you strongly pull on the hose. This is not realistic, and I am extremely disappointed by my purchase, as I need to be able to use an 8' hose.

How well does it work on hardwood floors?

The product cleans very well on hardwood floors, optimized when using the product on the bare floor setting (height setting 2). Also, the specialized longer bristles of the Triple Action brush are engineered to gently lift debris and the Scatter-Free technology reduces scatter on bare floor surfaces.
