Love how you can take apart the head to clean it, love how the parts release and pop back in for emptying and filling. Most importantly, the two roller brushes REALLY pickup the fur! Cons, sometimes it spits out fur..... it works Better than my new pet pro vacuum with the head that doesn't tangle with fur....you really should put two rollers on your pet vacuums as well.

I am STUNNED how well this carpet cleaner worked. It's easy to assemble, lightweight and the suction was fantastic to pull up the dirt and extra moisture. I added the Oxy boost to the water and cleaner and it definitely helped! The disassembly to clean it after you're done is so quick and easy! Highly recommend this carpet cleaner!

Bought our original Boswell Proheat pet cleaner about ten years ago, and did we ever give it a run run for it's money! We had four dogs, and all with leaky bladders, ahem. Loved it so we naturally bought the same machine when it needed replacing. Wow! You have improved the original product!!! It is so much easier to clean out, with easier access to parts. Also I love that I don't have to haul around the hose! So impressed with your changes! Oh and it really cleaned our carpets well!!

I bought it a year ago from Bissell Canada and use it, only two times to clean carpets and I was amazed at the cleaning, it proved itself in cleaning all carpets and carpets. So I give it a five stars out of five. Thanks to Bissell for the quality and efficiency of production. Highly recommended .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from There are some issues with this unit! The Revolution Pet Pro generally does a good job on carpets. The machine has a very limited holding tank that you have to empty continuously if you're doing any larger area. I think The Pro Heat 2 X label is very misleading which speaks poorly for Bissel's integrity because the machine doesn't heat anything. This is marketing spin that should not be allowed. The only heat is the hot water you use. The other issue is the brushes drive belt that will snap in an instant if a carpet tassel or anything gets caught in the brushes. It wouldn't be so bad if the belts were clearly identified and part numbers provided in the manual so you can have spares on hand because they are easy to replace but a pain to get. Bissel parts network is in my opinion very poor. Probably a testament to the disposable nature of these plastic machines. In our Province there is an eco fee charged because of the waste problems. I don't think this machine will last very long in its original condition. Belts break, wheels fall off and parts will probably become obsolete very quickly. So buyer beware. Otherwise I think this machine is fairly effective for pet spot clean ups. The machine is really not suitable for any larger area unless you're OK with constantly emptying and refilling the reservoirs.

can this be used for vaccum and wet cleaning (shampoo)?

Thank you for your question; this is intended only for use as a carpet cleaner and for best results you should always give your carpet a good vacuuming (especially with pet fur) to be sure to prevent the nozzle from clogging and maintain water flow.

I’m sorry, I haven’t used it on wool rugs.  I’m sure if you use the proper solution for wool it would be ok.  It has quite a powerful suction to remove most of the water

Does this come with the tool shown specifically in picture #8 being used on upholstery? I only see the 3" tough stain and 6" stain eraser brushes listed.
