Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would ONLY buy Bissel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ALWAYS used Bissel Carpet cleaners. They are simply the best on the market. I have critters and with them come messes. Nothing cleans up a carpet like these machines. Now this one is even better than my last one i gave away when i moved. No room. Between this and my Crosswave this company has me covered. You Go Cathy and keep up the great work with the unwanted pets.

Easy to use and clean. Does seem to get a little hot after two clean tanks so I do two the. Let it rest. Haven't tried stairs yet but looking forward to it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are few items that I actually recommend...the ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner is the exception! It is absolutely fantastic!. I am so impressed with how well it cleaned our carpet. It looks brand new again. It is easy to use. To get great results, you do have to dedicate a few hours to the job, but it is worth it in the end. Cleaning it is easy but somewhat tedious. I recommend this to anyone that has carpet, especially for households with 4 legged kidos.

I had to step down from my job of 32 years to take care of my husband. Our finances are not enough to hire someone to clean my carpet. So after researching carpet cleaners I decided on a Pro Heat. So far I am pleased with what it has cleaned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bissell cleaning solution won't come out of carpet [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously owned a Pro Heat 2X revolution, before getting the Pet Pro, thinking it would out perform it by a long shot since I have 2 dogs and a cat, but so far I've been completely wrong. I have always used Bissell carpet cleaning solution's and always used the recommended amount of that and the water I needed for deep clean. Never had an issue with solution not coming out of my carpet until I moved into a newer apartment, and always had to go over everything again with warm/hot water to actually make it feel clean. So figured it would be the same routine with the new Pet Pro I purchased or easier since it's brand new compared to my five year old Bissell. It's actually way worse. The solution, no matter how many times I go over with water, does not come out at all. I've tried to clean my carpet, with many different Bissell carpet solutions, and many different methods to reduce the amount of solution in my carpet, but I have not had any success whatsoever. I don't know what's different between the two, very similar machines I own, I know the carpet in our "luxury apartment" doesn't help, but I would assume the brand new and better "performing" carpet cleaner would out do my 5 year old one. If one of my dogs didn't chew up the cord to my older one, I would definitely be using that instead. I love you Bissell for keeping many of the places I called home, clean, but this one is stressing me out worse than my wife.

My favorite part is I live in the NW and we have lots of mosquitoes and midges here that love a damp environment but hold the phone! where most machines leave a damp rug a day or days this one did such a great job it was dry by the time I came back from shopping! I could open the door and let the summer air in without any fear. Yep would buy again.

can this be used for vaccum and wet cleaning (shampoo)?

Does this come with the tool shown specifically in picture #8 being used on upholstery? I only see the 3" tough stain and 6" stain eraser brushes listed.
