Would this work to patch up a Leaking Torch On Flat Roof? If not, which product should I use to fix the leak?

Asked by: Tony45
I used it on the seams in one area on my 10 year old torch down in January weather after I got some rain drops coming into my kitchen area inside. Lucky I got sunny weather the next day and put this on and what to you know -- it worked. Very happy. I touch up the seams in that area with the same stuff every couple years now. I could never pinpoint the exact location the issue originated from, but doing a whole stretch of seams with it did the trick.

Can i use this to secure new shingles to a new garden shed plywood roof?

Asked by: Shedmaster
Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Roof Seal is not recommended for that application. A better solution would be Black Knight All-Season Roof Repair or Black Knight Severe Weather Superior Roof Repair. Thanks!

Is this stuff good for motorhome roof

Asked by: Eg rv
No, we do not recommend this product for use on a motor home. Please consider White Knight Flexcoat or Henry 100% Silicone Roof Coating for maximum performance.

I have a flat aluminium roof over my front door that is constantly leaking and need a quick fix until next spring when we can rebuild it. Will this product do the trick?

Asked by: Sammy
Absolutely! I had multiple leaks on my Mobile home roof and painted every seam and vent attachment on the roof and it stopped all of them.
