Rated 5 out of 5 by from Foundation coating I don't know why they don't just call it tar but, I guess 'Foundation Coating' sounds better. In any case, it does what it's supposed to do and it does it very well. I was told to wear long-sleeved gloves due to the inevitable spills, drips or splashes or passing touches that could result in it going on my hands and/or my lower arms. Knowing better, I didn't... Good thing paint thinner removes this stuff... Moral - cover yourself well when using it. It works great. It adheres to and seals whatever surface upon which it's purposely or accidentally applied.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for a Homeowner I decided to do my garage pad as it was not included in any of my quotes I received. Was super easy to use and did a good job. The review that it had was useful, but please do not use paint thinner to clean yourself up with. Experience working in the oil sands, the best thing to clean is using a lighter oil. Baby oil, coconut, even olive oil will do the trick to clean any of off yourself or the foundation. Just use it like soap.

Can I use it as primer for GAF liberty self adhesive roofing cap sheet? Manufacturers said it use an asphalt primer conform to ASTM D41.

Can I apply this product on a newly (two weeks) poured concrete retaining wall below grade? And can I apply a waterproof sealant over  this product after the cement is fully cured in 30 days?

You can apply this product over concrete 14 days after the forms are removed. Henry AquaBloc 770-06 is a waterproofing sealant so no other product is necessary after 30 days.
