Customer service only helpful after 3. attempt, reconnected wires, rebooted control, then worked. There is a plastic piece with a fine thread that holds the unit under the sink, that thread was extremely hard to screw on. Having such a cheap thread for an 800 piece? The battery connectors are also cheaply made.
