It's not only beautiful inside and out, but it also delivers in functionality. Although its cubic feet is smaller than some, the way the space is organized allows you to make use of every inch. I especially love the versatile middle drawer. My veggies have never stayed so fresh for such a long time before! And the organization of the freezer drawer is the best I've seen. I can fit all my boxes and bags of frozen goods, and still have space to put a large tray of homemade gyoza in to freeze before bagging.

We have owned the refrigerator from March 3, 2020 to present (05/17/20) and the freezer is no longer cooling. Alarm went off, all food thawed. I have called Bosch owner help line, they created a repair order sent to my local repair center. This product is warranted for 1-year and has failed 2-months after delivery. What will the next 20-years look like? $3,400 purchase price and they are already calling me to establish I would like to buy an extended warranty. This refrigerator is a perfect example where over complication with bells and whistles, two compressors and home connectivity simply raises the probability of failure.

Once I finally received it I was beyond impressed. The vegetable compartment does exactly what it says. I purchased some celery 3 weeks and it was still crisp. The ability to have one of the freezer trays fill completle with ice for the holidays is awesome. I also like the fact there aren't any handles as it gives you a clean looking refrigerator. If I have to find a downside I will say the home connect alerts. They are hard to understand as they come accros in one continuous line and need to be decoded.

I contacted bosch coustomer services. it's pain to talk to someone to have services call. after a week finally I could take to coustomer services. they send the technician and he ordered some part for our refrigerator. we where waiting 3 months and after 3 months they said they don't have the part yet. I had to rent the refrigerator for 6 months and finally they brought the part to fix the refrigerator, after 3 weeks we had same isuse. just tired of seeing this fridge in our house

I do NOT like the recessed handles rather than regular door handles. Fingerprints and smudges end up all over near where you grab to open the doors, no matter how I try not to do it. Get the model with regular handles on the doors. I love the pullout for my produce, and the freezer is more convenient than I ever thought it would be. I'm not entirely sold on having to open 2 doors on top in order to open my cheese/meat drawer inside which spans the width of both sides, but those little things aside, it's a very sophisticated refrigerator and works well so far after one month.

It's a very well designed appliance with many options for storage. One of the main considerations in our selection was that the refrigerator was to be installed right next to a perpendicular wall. We had only 3.5 inches from the wall to the left side of the fridge and we were attracted to the inset style of doorknobs. The left side French door opens up only slightly more than 90 degrees, but we are able to remove the main draw for cleaning after first removing the door shelves. This appliance worked well with these space limitations.

The only flaw I see is the middle produce drawer. It does have great features. However you can only use those features one at a time. You have the option to use many different settings (fruit, vegetables, etc.). There are 2 separate drawers within this compartment. We almost always use one side for fruits and the other for vegetables. That requires 2 separate settings, and those settings are available. Unfortunately you can only use one setting at a time - either fruits or vegetables. Wish they would have thought that out a bit more

What a pleasant surprise when we discovered that the Bosch refrigerator held as much as my old refrigerator with even room to spare because of the sleek design. We were told by the store that this refrigerator was at least 20% smaller. It turned out, this refrigerator is roomy & spacious. It's really nice that you can easily see most all of its contents. This in fact is the very reason we decided to get this fridge. We are very happy we did. It looks super in the kitchen as well.

Extremely quiet. I rarely hear the motors/condensers/water flow like I have with many other brands. The only exception is that I occasionally hear the ice when it hits the bucket.

I makes a LOT of ice. With our old LG, we were constantly having to ration ice...if we made a pitcher of ice tea it would wipe out most of the ice if not all of it. This Bosch makes so much ice that we bag it up and transfer it to our larger standalone freezer for emergencies. It came in handy this week when we lost power here in Austin for several days. Those bags of ice saved hundreds of dollars in groceries. It also alerts you on your phone or Apple Watch when the hopper is full.
