Rated 5 out of 5 by DanO from Convection Rules We are very pleases with our Bosch Microwave with the convection feature. We may never need to use our stand up oven again. The convection feature heats up to the desired temperature very quickly compared to a regular oven which would also equate to reduced power use. The only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the fan noise. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Scott from Just alright - not super great, not super bad. The exhaust fan is better than our old OTR Microwave, so that's a bonus. The microwave works well. The convection oven leaves a little to be desired. Here are some issues: 1) Heats okay up to about 400, after that it struggles to reach the temperature. The fan kicks into high gear (and it is pretty noisy) and it seems to vent out the heat faster than it can put it in the oven. 2) The LED lighting below is fine, but internally, the LED lights tend to make the food seem like it's browning when it's not. Basically the shading of the LED lights shining through the metal grills are deceiving. 3) The interior is hard to keep clean as it is stainless steel in a 'waffle-like' formation. 4) The rotation is uneven - not sure if this is the design or if ours is flawed. It seems to rotate slow, the stop a little, the slow. If it's a feature, I haven't read about it. 5) This one is bizarre. Need a timer and the oven at the same time? Well forget it. You can't see how much time is remaining (part of the reason for having a timer) if you're using the oven/microwave. How in the heck did this get overlooked? 6) To use convection you have to use a metal platform. This takes about half of the space of the oven away from cooking space. Asthetically the oven looks good, but it is lacking in features and functionality. Disappointing for a Bosch engineered product. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)
