The wooden legs (attractive and real) are a facade over metal, spoke-like legs. The wood is secured by "fit" against the center metal post and metal legs only by small, metal tabs. With each movement, the squeaks can be heard over conference calls growing worse over the six days of use. Fortunately, my local Home Depot took the return - beware.

When you sit in it you can feel the hard wood under your thighs at the front of the chair. There is not enough stable cushioning. It also rolls very awkwardly. The craftsmanship is so so. There's a few places where the material isn't sewn down tight and a staple came out of the fabric during assembly. The back is very uncomfortable, and I have to keep a pillow on the chair for some lumbar support, which takes away from the beauty of the chair. I'm glad I got it, but I'm not positive how long it will last, and I wish it was more comfortable.

Ended up with the same chair but different color. Anyways, so far so good: comfortable and the adjustments are within the range I need, lumbar support is good as well. Seems like a good chair.
