Yes, however the design ran in the wrong direction requiring the window covering to be pieced. Not something I would have bought into knowing what I know now. The picture above looks like I could cut the 24 inches into 2 12 x 47 covering the window with the pattern in the correct direction. Very miss leading. It was a Christmas gift and therefore not my call She elected to keep it and allow me to piece the design leaving some concern about the finished window.

It looks like stained glass and lets just the right amount of light come through and still provides privacy. It is absolutely beautiful and I get so many compliments on it. I recently put this film on part of my glassed in shower to provide a little more privacy. Such a great versatile film and an inexpensive way to make a statement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO!!! Just Don't do it! Colors are NEON! I was a little disappointed. 1. I thought measurements were wide but they are tall. 2. The colors are very purple, blue and like a ton of neon green!!! I wanted more natural colors...like blue and brown. It almost adds an electric look to my room which reminds me of clowns or a circus. I'm not impressed! Totally throws off the colors in my room. To me it is hideous with the neon green yellow!!!! Ugh!!! 3. Also because it was tall and not wide, I have a seam because I had to puzzle piece it together. It matches up but It is visible and takes away from it being real stained glass. So make sure you check the size and shape thoroughly. 4. It doesn't block out as much as I wanted...but it does enough for now. I might end up switching it out with a clear diamond shape one...just not feeling this one. 5. Also I used the 'Gila' brand window film kit. Worked awesome. Would not have done it properly without it. 6. I wish I could post pics on this review so you could see the difference between the online picture and what you actually get. Not nearly as pretty. 7. Top of film was cut uneven as well. Made it harder to fit.

Will this block any of the heat from direct sunlight?

Greetings, The Peacock Window Film will block the harsh glare from the sun while allowing natural light to come in. You may notice a cooling effect as a result. Happy decorating!

I am wondering if this item is actually 24" wide x 47" high - the side light door film shows a measurement of 11.5" high x 78" wide, which has to be incorrect. I'd really like to know before I order it. Thanks.

Hi Kyle, I put mine on the exterior of my glass shower. I don't know how well it would hold up if water is hitting it directly (might manage to get in on the sides and loosen it), but might be worth a try! Also, I use a retractable knife (box cutter basically) to cut mine. It makes it easy to trim off any edges if you've already placed your film and misjudged measuring. You can also use scissors.

Hi Diana, while we only tested this on traditional glass, as long as the window surface is smooth and flat and you follow the manufacturers installation instructions, then it should be just fine!

I have the leaf one pictured below in a small window in the closet. I would say it's one of the closest to what you are describing that I've used, although I wouldn't say you can see through it like you would a lace curtain.
