I experienced the same issues with short hoses during assembly as many other commentors, but this was easily overcome. My real issue came today when I went to use this sprayer for only the second time. Upon turning the unit on, the pump motor ran for only a second or two before turning off. I am a journeyman electrician, and have a shop full of testing equipment. It was quickly determined that the motor had burned out (open load between the motor leads signifying a burned motor coil/open connection). The motor ow needs to be completely replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with initial use. Bought to use for weed killing over four acres of gravel driveway. Used for 10 hours and found it to be reliable and easy to use. The sprayer was easy to assemble and once again to store. Short term the product is exactly as advertised. Longer term durability is yet to be determined. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 20+ gallon sprayer. John deere has an identical model that sells for twice as much.

E-mail to customer service at the manufacturer got replacement parts promptly shipped, so it is all good now. Except for the broken and missing parts, assembly was pretty straight-forward. The electric pump and switch works well and it was easy to permanently attach the electric connection to my lawn tractor battery.

But I am missing the 12ft hose that connects the wand to the tank, so while the boom sprayer works, I can't use the wand. I contacted HD, but if someone from Brinly-Hardy reads this, how do I get the 12ft hose? Tested with water, boom spray appears even. I agree the 30 inch hose is just BARELY long enough to work, 32 inches would be nicer.

Dear Lynne, thank you for asking. We would not recommend using this sprayer for hydroseeding. The slurry may clog up the nozzles.
