They can also be angled to channel excess juices away and avoid any flare-ups. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave system vaporizes juices and infuses them back into your food for great barbecue flavour. The powerful side-ported dual-flame Dual-Tube burners provide twice the amount of heat sources per burner to promote even cooking surface temperatures and precise temperature control. With a 350 Sq. in. primary cooking surface and 30,000 BTUs over 3 burners, the Crown 310 Shadow is built for reliable everyday grilling.
