Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke and Brondell would not replace I bought this 18 months ago and it worked beautifully until it suddenly broke exactly the same as another reviewer has reported - on the sprayer at the join. It is very clear that the internal material is of substandard quality. I contacted Brondell but they said I was sheet out of luck as the warrantly is only 1 year. After some correspondence they resorted to ghosting me and I resorted to....epoxy! (which will probably hold it together longer than the original!). I do not recommend this product, it is not made well and it is messy when it breaks. Not worth the money they charge for it and the customer service from Brondell is very lacking indeed.

The installation was simple, only required a wrench and some plumbers tape (it's that white slippery tape that is usually on black or blue rolls.) Has decent pressure from heads, and honestly, with standard house pressure, you might not want to go full throttle. It's not going to damage anything, just sting. Better too much than to little though. Only gripe is that it is difficult to use the lever on the device due to amount of force required to activate it. Not a large deal though.

Can this bidet be connected to both hot and cold water exits from the toilet?

Yes! You can regulate the temperature of the water by moving the temperature lever near the connection houses. Just love it!
