I returned one within 2 months because the movable plastic pieces that hold the unit in place just disintegrated. Now 11 months later the other two have exhibited the same problem

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bracing This was a gift for my son - funny enough, but he asked for one, so... Anyway, it arrived without issue. When he opened it, everything was in order. He read the instructions, walked to his bathroom with his wrench and screwdriver, and came out 10 minutes later. The only sound I heard during the 10 minutes was his guffaw of laughter as he was testing the spray, and shot himself in the face! So the install was a snap. It works just the way it is supposed to, I'm told. He describes the experience (with a grin) as "bracing", and says the fact that it does not have the warm water feature is a non-issue. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5*, is because it has only been a couple of weeks, so we can't yet judge how well it will hold up.

The front of the seat itself was about 4 inches above the toilet rim when attached, and might well be forced off the screws that hold it down in the back, or crack with repeated use, as it would have to be forced down every time. So, I telephoned the manufacturer, who said to return the item to Home Depot. Due to the corona 19 virus, I am not going anywhere...So, I would like to return it soon. Can it be picked up ? I have another seat in mind, and hope it would work, if I buy a second one, afthis one is returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Real easy Bought this over a month ago and it took me some courage to install it after two days dilly dallying. However, once I decided to install, it was a very easy task. All the connections are metallic and fit perfectly into the existing toilet. Its working great. I realized that you don't even have to move the bidet frame towards the back of the toilet to feel the spray in proper area. You can just toggle the spray nose itself to position the water spray properly. I specially appreciate the self washing feature.

When it arrived, it took only 90 minutes to install. Unbelievably simple! Easy to understand instructions and no leaks! And now the three men of the house are happy to spend their days, especially in this summer heat, knowing that they are always fresh and clean! Best purchase ever.

It doesn't need the fancy additional functions to be effective at keeping me awake & clean. I'd buy it again if I didn't have it already.

Would this product still work if you have an over the toilet commode?
