Rated 3 out of 5 by from Knotty but nice! A lot of 2nd rate boards marked with knot holes. But somehow make it look quite unique.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bruce Flooring Unfortunately, we purchased 10 boxes of flooring and whoever picked those boxes were not from the same dye lot. Also, in two of the boxes all the long pieces had been removed AND had already been used. There were wholes in the tongue where the staples had been removed. Very disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Wood for a Solid Price Great stuff for the price when on Sale. (wish I wasn't told during black friday sale it goes on sale all the time as I still need 19 boxes to do my main floor and still waiting....) The boxes I got were all good except one had some defective pieces but was able to still use them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for with the Bruce name. Beautiful Oak grain with a rich Gunstock finish. Beware this hardwood is almost like a cottage grade quality. What I mean by that is the finish can have slight imperfections or blemishes to serious defects. Such as split or cracked boards, missing tongues or uneven edges on groove side. So when pricing keep in mind to add another at least 15% waste. Otherwise very nice Bruce hardwood at a bargain price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not recommend Almost none of them in perfect condition. If you want to finish the floor perfect you might end up throw out more than 50% of them. But if you're ok with some in perfection it's ok for the price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok , but out of square The price was right but many joints out of square. we used those pieces for cut offs. The person in the factory must have been sleeping and not tuning the machine to cut the boards square.

IT says on the specification - details "method of installation- glue", can it be nailed down and what type & size of fastener should be used?

    Asked by: george
It's such a nice product, I didn't want to ruin it, and got it professionally installed. Installers nailed it, no glue was used.
