    Rated 5 out of 5 by from All the bells and whistles So thrilled that I bought this hot tub. It has all the features you can want in a hot tub. A great selection of light options, speakers for Bluetooth and plug and play, aroma therapy, waterfall and great jet action. All of the jets are interchangeable if they are the same size so it's easy to customize your favourite seat with your jet options. Super easy to maintain the chemical balances. Using the Canadian Spa app, simply select the readings from your test strip on the app and it tells you exactly how much and which chemicals to add to the spa. We've used it every day since it was connected, more than once a day most days. Absolutely love it.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great purchase Removing the sixteen year old tub was a chore but worth the effort! Dave, Jen and others at Canadian Spa Company were great to deal with. The tub was installed right on time and five hours later, we were enjoying the dual pump action. Excellent massage with all those jets! I'm not sure I'd put 5-6 adults in it but for our needs it is perfect. One critique - two logos on the lid and the light up logos in the head rests are a bit over the top. We are very impressed with the quality at this point and look forward to many years of use!

The manual is generic; we would have preferred one specific to our tub. There was a lot of gluey slime generated from the initial fill which may have been from material in construction? Access to wiring was difficult. Took longer than we, or our electrician thought it would.
