Manufactured in Canada,the Vortex Powerfans In-Line Duct Blowers, are ideal for use in general purpose exhaust and duct boosting applications. The VTX models range from 175 CFM to 1140 CFM and the V-Series models range from 2050 CFM to 4515 CFM. All VTX models come with galvanized mounting brackets allowing either horizontal or vertical installation. ETL listed, these fans are available in duct sizes from 4 to 16.
Wall mounted fans are supplied complete with cabinet, shutter and 3 prong 115 v plug for easy install. The fans have a durable steel construction with powder coat black finish.
Specifically designed for warm and humid applications, the Vortex Powerfan VBC Series are available in sizes ranging from 4'' to 12'' and can develop up to 1010 CFM. The VBC1000 is built for a connection to a standard 10'' round duct.
Manufactured in Canada, the Vortex VTX400P inline blower, for 4 inch diameter duct, has a built in automatic pressure switch that detects when air is flowing through the ventilation duct. It will automatically turn on and off the Vortex VTX400P inline blower as required. In a clothing dryer application, when the dryer goes on, the VTX400P will automatically turn on and will stay on till shortly after the dryer goes off. This will allow the dryer to perform better and more efficiently. Both, drying time and power consumption are therefore reduced. Not suitable with gas dryers
