Do you feel this greenhouse could withstand harsh winters? We can get strong winds and up to 2 feet of snow (during one snowfall) and -40C/F at times. Thank you.

Mine blew apart this winter and took some time and ingenuity to rebuild so it is usable this summer. The snow load was not a problem as it either slides off or blows off.

Are any shelves included with this greenhouse? In the reviews I see that someone has suggested ordering more shelves, but I don't see any information on that.

Does it have shelving or is this just an empty shell four of a greenhouse. Also the above review said the anchored it and I’m wondering how they did that. Thank you

Shelving and other accessories are sold separately. This model is just the greenhouse. You will need to anchor the greenhouse to a foundation of some sort, whether wood or concrete foundation. Also there is an Anchoring Kit sold separately which helps for high wind areas.
