Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slightly Disappointed Bought this to replace an older three burner Char-Broil Infrared of very similar (I thought) quality and design. The infrared trough design and grills are the same and of good quality, however, the rest of the unit was made of much lighter/thinner metal than the original. I am sure it will not last as long as our previous model as we bbq almost every day. It does cook well and I was able to add our previous rotisserie attachments. It lacks a lower back panel completely and the lid is extremely light weight. Only time will tell... I hope Char-Broil decides to revert to more durable materials in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from CHARBROIL INFRARED 2 BURNER GAS GRILL Bought this grill last summer and love it. It gets VERY hot fast! But the controls seem true, because you can cut back on the heat for longer cooking times if needed. I've cooked chicken (no need to preboil), kabobs, pork loin, and burgers and never been disappointed. It's worth every cent you pay for it. My only negative would be that it smokes , but I used regular vegetable oil to season the grills, and it calls for peanut oil. So I am assuming the smoking is as a result of not following manufactuer's instructions. It is convertable to natural gas, (we have an outdoor connection) but I like the potability of using a propane tank. Holding up great, we never put it inside for the winter, just cover it and leave on deck. I would not hesitate to buy this unit again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decet BBQ We have had this BBQ for over a year. It took awhile to build up ashes into the bowl to give the meat that real BBQ flavour. The only issue I have is that the labels around the dials don't really suggest which setting is the highest temperature. Along with that the labels fade off after awhile. Thus, you are left with two dials with no direction. Besides this minor issue, it is working perfectly and it's frame is in a solid condition.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ifrared babq the good ; barbques great the bad: has to be cleaned after every use even then mine only lasted 2 years called charbroil and they said it was a common theme with the ifrared barbque and said they were sorry but!. the small holes clog and with the higher temps of the infrared the grid won't last.
