Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Value We used to have a Toto Bidet that lasted over 10 years and we loved it. So when it began to fail, we searched quite extensively for a new one. We didn't feel like dropping over a grand for a new Toto that had the same features, so we opted for this Clean Touch UB6235. I can't rate the Clean Touch as highly as our old Toto unit but I still give it high marks. It is easy to install and still in very effective at keeping things clean. The price is very attractive too. The only difficulty in the sale was dealing with the Home Depot . Somehow they always have poorly trained staff answering the phones and the information they give out is usually wrong.

It performs great, seems to be built well and installation was less than 30 minutes. The biggest task was putting in a dedicated power outlet for it. The unit has enough features and variety that it will please pretty much everyone in the family. Thankfully I haven’t required warranty but I’m glad that it can be dealt with in Canada rather than having to ship outside. For anyone who’s had to do that, this seat earns an extra star just for taking care of business here in Canada. I would and have already recommended this to friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works great! Installation was easy, and all plumbing parts to make the connections were there. The only thing I needed was a gfi outlet to plug this to a socket. Installation went smoothly and the YouTube video made it really easy. This bidet makes you feel like a king. I can't belive why this is not standard in North American toilets. I'm planning to get a second one for the second bathroom.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Buy- Broke down in weeks I previously wrote a review regarding the product type. It does not fit a round toilet when the label states. The seat is too small for an adult. The lid will beak if you lean on it. after using the Clean Touch toilet seat for 5 weeks, it broke down. It never sprays any water. Try buying other brands like Brondell that gives you accurate information on the product. And I never had any issue in 2 years before I moved. The Clean Touch makes a noise, sprays water very fast, does not fit an adult and finally it may break down like mine in 5 weeks. NEVER buy.
