Suitable for flat and sloped roofs, it can be installed on all types of site built curbs. Features our Condensation Control Technology, a wide rigid gutter that prevents water stains on your light shaft. Some other products use a soft rubber EPDM gutter unsuitable for the Canadian climate.Double glazed Bronze acrylic pyramid. The four surfaces of the pyramid slope upwards at an equal angle. Ideal for rooms that are south facing or require softer light.

Skylight utilizes a maintenance free white vinyl base frame with an integrated 4-sided gutter (our Condensation Control Technology) to collect any condensation caused by Canada's extreme climate.

For sloped roofs, recommend use of aluminum flashing kit Model FKCM52 - available online. Use Columbia's Roofing Underlayment to ensure optimal weather tight seal. Available online.

Dual Bronze acrylic provides the ideal balance of solar heat gain control and visible light transmission. Helps reduce glare and is ideal for south facing skylights.
