The Commercial Electric Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled smart switch allows you to control your lights via app from wherever you are. No hub required and compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google assistant, the Commercial Electric Smart switch allows you to use your voice to turn on or off the device of your choice. You can also pre-set on/off schedules via the Hubspace app for Android or iPhone. Schedule your switches to turn on/ off automatically. The smart switch installs as easily as a traditional light switch and it works in a single-pole setup only and require a neutral wire to power the smart light switch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Swith, Easy to Install, Neutral Wire Required [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the Commercial Electric Smart Hubspace 10 Amp Single-Pole Specialty Light Switch with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Technology, White to control my kitchen LED Lights. I use Alexa to control this Smart Light Switch mostly using the voice command. Although you can also pre-set on/off schedules via the Hubspace app I don't use that as it's being used for kitchen. It is very easy to install but you do need the Neutral wire. Only works in a single-pole setup. I had to do the hard work of disabling my 3-way wiring to make this work...but not that bad. I like it. This is a different brand of Smart switch then what I have in 2 other rooms but they all work about the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, convenient, great price for what it does. Bought this on a whim during a trip through home depot. It has exceeded all expectations. I replaced the dumb switch that controls out back porch lights. Setup was a breeze and integration with the google home app was also easy. I set it up so the google home app will turn on the light when we arrive home from being out. No more fumbling with keys in the dark or wasting energy leaving the porch light on while we are away. Its also really nice to be able to turn the porch light on and off from anywhere so if we are away for a few days I can just turn it on and off randomly from my phone to make it look like someone is home. I wish they made a 3 way version of this light switch!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fire Hazard Circuits are ran at 15 amp minimum & are not wired in 10 amps. Houses smallest wire is 15. You have to put this device on a 10 amp breaker to avoid a fire hazard. You will loose 5 amps all through the house using this device safely. This is the dumbest rating I’ve seen for a light switch. Put it in on a 15 breaker & enjoy your house burning to the ground cause people are so “smart.”

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked as expected. Provided the functions I was hoping for. Installation was easy. Connection to WiFi network took some effort. Fail to connect initially for a few tries but later succeeded, thougth I did not know why it did and did not connect. I would guess that it has something to do with the App. One feature on the schedule setup was perticually useful: using sunrise and sunset as the times to turn the light on and off. The Hubspace App needs more work to run more smoothly. Overall, considering the cost and return, this is a good product to have. No complaint.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like the fact that you don't have to a hub to use this product. Very easy to setup once you download the application to your phone. The dislike I have not found that they make a motion sensor or that there is a compatible motion sensor. I would like to be able to add a motion sensor to my garage like but the down side is the switch is in the house I need to add a motion sensor in the garage so that it will turn the light on when I am in the garage so a motion sensor light switch would not help me. Other than that I think that it is a pretty good product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Switch Lighting Without A Neutral Wire [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Commercial Electric 10 Amp single-pole light switch was the best Wi-Fi switch for my older home as it doesn’t require a neutral wire. This Bluetooth enabled light switch was easy to install, and connect to the app. Which is another great feature as you can control the light via the app. I connected one on my front entrance lights which allows me to turn them on from my car as I’m in my driveway. No more walking into a dark home, as the Wi-Fi technology allows me to control my lights anywhere. Not only does it allow me to turn the lights on with the app, but it’s also voice enabled through my Alexa, but can also be used using a Google system. I’ve also installed a Commercial Electric smart switch on my outdoor landscaping lights. This allows me to pre-set on/off schedules via the Hubspace app.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Switch Installed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Commercial Electric Smart Hub space 10 Amp Single-Pole Specialty Light Switch with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Technology White (Single Pack) Instruction was clear enough for me to install , Turned my light on , then cut power breaker off to shut off the light , then unscrewed and pulled out old switch , THE CHECKED WITH POWER TESTER to make sure the power was off for safety , Hooked house wire black to Line wire on switch then load red wire to white , Neutral And Ground to bare cooper ground , Inserted in wall , mounted , the plate , Follow instruction to download hub app on smart phone , then connected to Alexis for voice command to work light in my house , A good Lazy Man or hands free switch , See Attached Pictures ..

I can control lights from my smart phone, my google appliance and the wall switch. A replacement Honeywell switch starts at 30 bucks. This was 17 including tax. Highly recommend.

How are the sunset/ sunrise times determined in the schedule? Is it based on where the device is locally?Or where the app is on my phone?Example, If the switch is located in NY, and I go on a trip to California, which time zone will it use?

Will this switch work with a 5g network? When we upgraded to fiber optic our 2.4Hz Tp-Link switches will no longer connect or function!

This also requires 2.4 WiFi, but it will work with Bluetooth.
