Rated 1 out of 5 by RonE from Poor quality, plastic instead of metal, not worth Was really hoping that the price would reflect on the quality of the umbrella, boy was I disappointed. It all started middle of June when it was delivered; the canopy fabric had 3 tears that were small but still a cause for concern. I contacted Corliving directly but their email response was: "We are not able to send any parts under warranty as our umbrellas come pre-assembled from the factory". That response worried me but I was willing to live with the defective fabric. Forward only 2 months later and this thing started to fall apart. Parts of the umbrella that should be made of metal are made of plastic and broke, making the umbrella unstable. I decided I had enough and knew the manufacturer would not honour their warranty as stated on the email they sent me, so I had to return it to Home Depot just days before my 90 days were up. I would not recommend this umbrella unless you have money to burn and are willing to use it 2 months and throw it in the garbage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mark from No base included The umbrella looks to be of good quality and was easy to put together but beware the base is NOT included. After receiving this umbrella, I chatted with an agent re the missing base. She told me to contact Corliving directly and that they "should be obligated" to ship me the base. I talket to Corliving and they informed me the base is NOT included in this package. The base is an extra $238.and, it seems to be sold out everywhere. Seems expensive for hollow plastic pieces you have to fill with either water or sand to weigh down the umbrella. This all being said, I am still fairly pleased with this purchase. I have temporarily bolted it to my deck. Not very versatile if you ever want to move it.
