[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really the only hifi component cabinet mass produced anymore so I had no choice to try it out. The only really great thing about it is that someone still makes one! Putting it together was standard for any modern furniture you have to put together these days. (Way better than ten years ago) the bad is the depth on it. I had to cut and configure the backing different than they had it. My receiver and pre amp wouldn’t fit depth wise even with no wires plugged in. All in all average product, decent for the price and does what I need it to do with a little modification.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hard to find a stand for hifi equipment these days. This one works for me. Have to assemble it yourself. Made from average quality particle board. Not hard to put together. I had to cut out part of the back board because my amplifier is too deep. Would have been nice if it had wheels on the bottom, but it does not. The back board has 2 parts and leaves a slit in the middle for all the wiring. 4 internal shelves (2 adjustable) and the top shelf give plenty of room for my hifi components.

Only thing worse than the terrible construction of this product are the directions which come with it. The stand is not worth the money spent. Do yourself a huge favor and upgrade to something better. To make matters worse I even had to drill my own holes to place the hinges on the glass doors. It is very wobbly and needs to be wedged between two bookcases so it doesn't lean.This is without components on the shelves. I'm hoping it doesn't collapse when I place my equipment inside. Oh well; you do get what you pay for. It was cheap.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dimensions wrong In general, the unit is good, however the advertised dimensions are wrong. The listing shows, if I remember correctly that it is 18” deep (front to back). It is NOT. It is 15 1/2” front to back. I had to leave the back off for the eqpt to stick out, plus I had to buy flat right angle brackets for the back to brace it because of it having no back. It does the job, but not what advertised. It was also missing one set screw that holds the glass tight in the door bracket. I would recommend it to a friend if he’s a handyman.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low quality combined with poor CorLiving customer service make this a pass This is relatively easy to assemble in the DIY style of furniture. It is entirely made of particle board however, with numerous red flags- the right and left sides, which are the biggest pieces, were noticeably warped out of the box. Pre-drilled holes lacked QC and only half make for snug fits with other parts. The bolt system however, managed to work better than DIY furniture, and all of them locked properly. The warping made for poor fitting when complete. After applying the foot pads, I will give it credit- it did not wobble, which surprised me to the positive. Warping leaves loose fits and cracks along vertices. My kit was missing two very minor pieces for the hinges, and takes this review down another notch. This kit comes with a manual AND a separate piece of paper which in very big letters tells you to contact CorLiving directly with parts issues. After setting this up I realized why. They have terrible QC. I emailed as per their instructions (which say they will get back to you by next business day) and no response. I called and they were closed, and said to leave a message and they would get back next business day. I did so, again no call back. I called during business hours. Still just a message. I submitted my request online- we shall see if this works, but either way, this is just rock-bottom bad customer service. My two stars assumes I get the parts to complete this shelf eventually. Even without that fiasco, I would say this is a $60 shelf at best. My wallet is crying over the amount I paid for this poor craftsmanship- $140. I will not be buying this kind of item through HD website again, they should take this off their shelves.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cannot get glass doors on Very hard to assemble. Instructions consist of 99% pictures, which is terrible. Finally after 5 hours got stand put together. Cannot get glass doors on because if you get the top hinge in then you can't get bottom in or vice versa.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The base board where the glass door hinges as to... The base board where the glass door hinges as to go had the holes missing. This had a major role to get this going. I had to drill it myself precisely so that the alignment is proper.The manufacturer mentioned they will replace it, but after everything is assembled and done its not easy to un-assemble it and put it back.This is a design fault and should be fixed for everyone.The quality is good in terms of material.I hope this help to fix this for future customers.

I have ordered this online & am waiting for delivery, however, there is some concern about the shelf depth. The diagram shows 18.5 “, but some people are saying it is 15.5 “. Can anyone settle this question.

Does the interior shelving have a depth of 21" or 15.75"? I have a reciever that is 16.5" D, will this product work?
