    I have purchased this product. It works good in vertical and horizontal position. But in slant position/assist mode, it does not get locked and moves to horizontal position. I wish to know if there is something wrong with my operation or with the product.

    I have had no troubles with ours so maybe it is faulty. Ours works well in all positions.
