What is the db or sones of this unit? Checking that the 65 Sones, stated in the specs is correct. Or is this 65 db which would mean 13-14 sones? Also, is this measure taken at the minimum speed/sound or at the Max? Trying to get an idea of sounds.

Is the height of this adjustable from the 39.2" assembled height? We might want it to sit closer to 30" height.
