Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a coffee maker that makes HOT coffee. I’ve tried a few coffee makers before getting this one, which has become my last coffee maker. I’ve had it for over 4 years now it still makes perfect HOT coffees every single day. The grinder works if you like it medium grounded, but not if you like fine grounds. I’ve stopped using the grinder since the extra work with grinding and cleaning is just not worth it every day. The auto-timer saves time in the morning, and it actually makes coffee that is HOT and stays HOT for a couple hours. To make the occasional super strong cup of coffee, simply leave the thermal jug out for a few minutes while the coffee is being made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cuisinart 12 cup grind and brew coffee maker I can vouch that this is an excellent coffee maker. It keeps the coffee hot, makes excellent coffee and is easily programable! I happened to have the red model of this coffee maker, but unfortunately, I broke the carafe. Therefore I am especially interested in the thermal carafe. I have used a lot of coffee makers over my 51 years of mariage, and the 12 cup grind and brew made the best coffee of all of them.
