Fusion Pro the original stain proof, color perfect grout. This professional grade sanded grout features unsurpassed stain resistance with no sealing required. Its Single Component formula is ready to use and easy to spread and clean. Fusion Pro can be installed in commercial and residential environments, interiors and exteriors, and on walls and floors and specifically shower floors. Its patented formulation can be applied on all tiles and has built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection.

I recommend this product with reservations as stated next The Grout does a fine job of filling the grout lines, but to clear off the excess is like trying to clean off a permanently tacky glue. I had to go back and scrape off the excess with a razor blade. Fortunately, I only did half of the job (about 10 SQ FT) which took about one hour. That’s one minuet to apply and 59 minuets to clean. When I did the second half, I used a very small spatula to apply so that I had very little to clean off. The second half took 45 minuets 30 to apply and 15 to clean, I much prefer the second half. I used this on tile laid over plywood in hopes that it will remain flexible and so far, so good about two weeks.

A customer of mine purchased this product, installed it according to the specs and is having an issue with the grout drying? The home is heated/temperature controlled and He has used this before and has not had a problem, what could be causing the grout to not dry?

Not sure. I let it dry completely overnight. How long did they wait? Did they use any other chemicals too generously, like release agent prior?

Is it visually the same as other sanded grout? I am trying to match unknown existing grout.

Yes, it is the same, however, matching color, even white is not easy. Grout like paint can fade or change color with light and wear. You might have to lightly cover the entire grout lines of your existing floor area to get it all to match. The good news will be that your floor will look like new! Good luck!
