Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product ... not without challenges I did my bathrooms' tiles with this product and it is not the easiest to work with. I found that I could only work with small areas as it does set up somewhat quickly. I also found that it could easily haze the glass and stick to the stone if not dealt with in a timely manner. All in all I am very pleased with the final product. There are a lot of bad reviews on HomeDepot.ca; I'd read more reviews online and look at HomeDepot.com for more insight/reviews. I'm planning to complete my kitchen with this product ... just need the right color (thank you HD Canada for limiting the selection of the products available when compared to HD USA)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible! Bubbles & Mess I have gone through 4 pails of this and i hate it. I will be returning the 6 additional pails i bought. As the other reviews say ITV is a mess and a pain to clean up. Similir mess to epoxy grout! I gave it a try and after it cured nothing but bubble holes in every joint! I applied it exactly as directed into 3/16 joints and 6x24" tiles. I called customer service and they said to mix it. That didn't help. I called again they said to add a bit of water. That didn't help. I ended up doing all of the joints twice (some areas a third). I will be using another premixed product that I tested and it has none of these issues (maepi). The holes only appeared long after initial applications (8-12 hours when it dried).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STAY AWAY This is the worst grout I have ever used. It comes with no instructions but if you go to the manufactures web site they tell you to apply it to a small area and simply clean it up a few minutes later with a damp sponge. Well thats all not true. I would apply it to 4sq feet at a time and wipe it down a few minutes later and the grout would not come off the tile. It was like glued on there. The only way to get it off if with a scrubber pad and elbow grease. Tried using grout haze remover which help a bit but was still painful. After 24 hours you can see cracks starting. After a whole day of scrubbing the tiles I will not use it again. STAY AWAY FROM IT! I wish they would take it off the self.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice product, sponge in 5-10 min and you're fine This grout product worked well and looks very nice. Like others, I was worried about not having enough working time to clean the grout after application, but I set a clock in the room and after about 5 minutes would start sponge-cleaning the tiles that I had applied grout to. Once the grout has been wet with the sponge, you are good i.e. you don't have to worry about getting the tiles completely clean very quickly. I didn't use sealer on the tiles and that was fine. Next day I polished any remaining haze without a problem. The color looks great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great if you put the time in I really liked it, I used it with TrafficMaster groutable vinyl floor tiles - I installed them in my kitchen and I loved the tiles but the original grout cracked. Re-did the grout with this Fusion stuff two years ago and it’s still solid. It wasn’t the easiest to work with - you can only do a few tiles at a time (about half what it says) and the grout haze is a bit of a bear, but it does come off. So if you can get away with the easy-work stuff, then go for it. I invested extra time and effort in this one, but in a high-traffic area it worked so it was worth it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DANGER: Extremely poor product Danger - buyer beware! I purchased this product at the recommendation of a Home Depot "expert" as the latest evolution and next best thing in grout. Now I have to question his "expertise." After two labourous days of installing over $1000 worth of tile in my new shower, I was excited to apply grout and finish installing the fixtures. Then I spent about ten minutes applying this product only to quickly realize it was an extremely inferior product. The product clumped badly and much of it quickly fell off the float. Application was far from smooth as the clumps quickly stuck to the tile and did not wipe off cleanly. After only one or two square feet, I concluded it would be far better to remove what I finished and go with a normal mix and apply grout. Then I spent the next two hours trying to remove the glue-like substance from between the joints and the surface of my new tile. In the end, it left a stain on the tile which I had to remove with fine sandpaper. Buyer beware - purchase at own risk! Too bad the ratings don't have a zero-star option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute nightmare product! Just finished grouting my tile using this product at the recommendation of home depot employee. I have never used a premix but at the recommendation of the employee I thought I would save time and use this. What a mistake, I wish I had read the other 5 reviews before using this product. It does not get the sq ft coverage advertized because its so thick and dry and falls off in clumps. It sticks to everything and you have about 2 minutes tops to come back and clean grout off tiles. After about 8 sq ft I watered it down slightly to have a more workable product and get more coverage before sponging my tiles. It still cleans off poorly, its actually still stuck to my grouting float and trowel after 2 washes of the tools. I cant even clean it off my hands. What an absolute waste of money and time as everyone else who reviewed has noted. A small amount even stained out sink and countertop and I suspect I will need to use muriatic acid to get it off. Please dont make the mistake and buy this product like we all did! I plan to contact the company and make a formal complaint and I literally never review or complain about anything. ITS THAT BAD!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Is absolute Rubish Renovated my bathroom a 4 months ago. Used Mapei Grout for most of it and it is solid with no problems. Needed a different color grout for a one area so bought this Pro Fusion. As the others here I found this grout difficult to apply. It bubbled and I had to go over it a few times to get it to smooth out. I let it cure for over a week. Now it is crumbling and falling out.

Floor tile - 1/8 spacing - unfortunately used sanded grout, polyblend (#180-sandstone) and now want to fill in partial floor with fusion pro (#180-sandstone)....how close are the colours between these 2 products?

Asked by: Graywolf
Any floor done in  tiles required sanded grout.  Fusion pro will be slightly different in colour and texture.   Fusion pro is a lot harder to use as it dry very quickly, a lot harder to clean.

What color should I use

Ice blue or ice crystal or light gray (my tile is ceramic and like an off white not bright white with a light gray swirl) don’t know what color grout to use. They used white 10 years ago and it looks horrible and dirty and tried everything to clean it and nothing works). Thanks

I have used this Fusion Pro #335 Winter Gray in my kitchen backlash which is subway in white color, and also used the same gallon used in the guess bathroom dark gray tiles and both look great. I hope this answer your question
