Its Single Component formula is ready to use and easy to spread and clean. Its patented formulation can be applied on all tiles and has built-in Microban antimicrobial product protection.

It is easy to use premixed straight out of the container. Lightly sanded so it worked on the small grout lines.Cleanup is a little more difficult than standard grout. The biggest problem is the smell. It has a very noticeable smell and it takes several weeks to go away. It has been about a month 1/2 the smell is slight but still there. The next project is the bathroom counter, I haven't decided if I will use it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Is it grout or Sanded TAR? Worst product I have ever used in over 6 projects. I have volunteered work on a bathroom in a home that is hosting some refugees. The home owner bought this based on a sales person at Home Depot. This 'pre-mixed' product is a gritty tar like substance when you open the sealed bucket. I don't believe that you can thin it. It is almost impossible to get into 1/8" spacing and very hard to clean off of the tile surfaces. It claims it is also suitable for 1/16" grout lines....IT IS NOT! I have bought a box of the normal mix your own grout at 1/4 the price to finish the job. I have advised the home owner to see if she can get a refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from In theory this stuff should make your reno easier I bought this premixed grout to do a bathroom floor. I though the premixed product would make life easier... I was dead wrong. This stuff starts to harden almost immediately after you get it in the groove, nothing on the cab says to watch the online video which I did... after the fact. Home Depot also does not sell the product in canada that I can see to remove the colored resin haze that has my tiles looking horrible so that’s a problem too. If you’re a DIY person doing grout stick with the mix yourself old school type or pay the price of possibly never cleaning your tiles off! I am so angry with how this grout ruined my floor.

Because of the sealer in this product it discolored the metal pieces.. I lost over $700 in tile had to take it all off, put up new dry wall up & start all over . It may be good on just natural stone but I wouldn't apply if you have any type of metal in your tile.. I was told by the store staff to use it because it was the best. After I used it & showed them pictures then they said Don't use a sealer on tile with metal in it. But then I was told I should put a sealer on after , because it's in the kitchen. But if I do that the sealer it will still discolor the tile. A no win situation. Please also note, have a younger person put this grout on, it sets up very fast.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly recommend unless you like to clean grout lines and reseal regularly! An excellent alternative to conventional grout. It will cost you a little bit more to buy, but I will never go back to regular grout again! NO SEALING!! I have used it in my bathrooms and it doesn't fade, crack, or absorb rust from hard water. Grouting has finally evolved to a maintenance free finish. I have spent too many times bleaching and cleaning grout lines then having to seal them afterwards. The seal doesn't last and the staining begins. What a pain!!! This product actually WORKS!!! ABOUT TIME!!!!! 2 quart containers will do 1 shower complete. Wife is happy.

We used this grout in the same bone color for our bathroom floor hex tiles, tile baseboard, and tub surround, as well as our kitchen subway tile backsplash. It looks nice everywhere we used it, and is holding up fine after a couple months. So far, so good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good results hard to work with The end result was very good and once I found a system it worked better. Used on glass, smooth porceline, and polished tile. 12 x 24 wall tile, grouted one tile at a time. It dries super fast and the film is hard to get off. Would never use it on textured tile. Even the final water drips left a film but after it dried it came off easily with a razor blade (only because it was a polished surface). It hardened rock solid but I haven't used it in a wet area and after reading many reviews I probably wouldn't. Would not be easy for first time grouters. If you let it dry according to directions, you will be doing some heavy scrubbing. Read how to's before starting. My final dissappointment was the third container I opened to finish the job was already too hard to work with. The 3 stars was because I was happy with the final result for where I used it.

does this product work for unsanded grout?

regrouting a shower, it has 4x4 tiles and has unsanded grout.

The "expert" answer is TRUE but it's not complete - if the tile says do not use sanded grout, then don't, because you run the risk of scratching your tile. You don't want to take a chance on something you worked so hard to install. :)
