Polyblend Sanded Grout is a polymer-modified, cement based grout that produces hard, dense joints that resist shrinking, cracking and wear. Formulated for durability, Polyblend Sanded Grout accommodates 1/8 in. ­ 1/2 in. (3­13 mm) joints for interior or exterior installations. Can be used on all types of installations including floors, countertops, walls, ceilings, showers, fountains and pools.

  1. Use to fill joint widths 1/8 in. to 1/2 in.
  1. May be used on floors, walls, countertops, tub surrounds, showers and high-traffic areas
  1. Can also be used in submerged conditions (swimming pools, spas, water features and fountains)
  1. Resists shrinking, cracking, powdering and wear
  1. Curing time is affected by ambient and surface temperatures and humidity
  1. Sample colors shown may vary from actual grout; final installed shade can differ based on tile type, porosity, job site conditions and finishing techniques

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong Colour Followed the instructions exactly and it dried almost white with some dark patches Tried a second coat and that dried darker with some white patches Now our only option is to remove it and hopefully not damage the tile or live with it After talking to a professional tile installer he told me this is why he never uses this product and advised me on Mapai products instead Do not recommend this product

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Falls off your trowel when installing This seems to not have the bonding agent you need when installing. I followed the instructions for the amount of water but was to dry. When installing the product would literally fall of the wall and the trowel before you could work it between the tiles. I had more product on drop sheet than on the walls so I added more water and mixing. This helped but as the instructions says you shouldn’t do this. I still had product all over the place. Very frustrating to work with.

Does this grout need to be sealed after a tub surround application?

Can this be used with stamped concrete to fill in grout lines between stamped bricks? Also, with application...should I use a grout bag instead of trowel? I don't want grout to go into textured areas on the face of the brick. Thanks

Yeah, it is a little dirty gray. It is lighter than Deloriam gray but darker than platinum grout of the same brand. It is a good grout color to have. Sometimes I mix grouts to create a desired color. Like mixing platinum with delorian gray ro create a medium gray color.
