The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that living in a small town we've had a terrible time finding the right parts for the venting. Apparently it's an unusual size. It would be useful to have the info on the website about what size . the vent opening is.

What is the size of the round duct width?

Is the connecting ductwork, required for installation, included with this rangehood?

Hello, the connecting damper/ duct adaptor is included with this hood. It is a rectangular duct adaptor measuring at 3-1/4" by 10". The duct run for this hood is not included. Ducts can be purchased at your local hardware store or HVAC supplier.

Can you please tell me what the CFM of this range hood is and the sones level. The model is a cyclone CYS 1000 24" undermount range hood. Thank you.

I do not own this yet but I called the manufacturer in Toronto. 300cfm for both the 24" and the 30". That is very high for 24". Apparently they use the same fan motor. Cyclone also said it is 2-4 sones. That is very quiet for a small undermount hood. I will report back in 2 weeks when I buy and install this model G
