The temperature stays very precisely at what it's set to. (Good idea to set it using a thermometer to -18C like it says in the instructions.) Few things these days are reliable and do exactly what it says on the box. This does exactly that. It's also much lighter than you'd expect. My only wish is that they would make a rack system to more easily store and access the contents, even if I had to buy it afterwards.
