Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fixed a leak in a CPAP water tub This food grade silicone solved a leak in a CPAP water tub. My water tub started leaking at a seam, and this siiicone did the trick! I saw this hack recommended online, and it works!! Better than paying $100 for a new tub. Leaks in these tubs are common.

Is the sealant clear or white? Thank you

The All-Purpose 100% silicone adhesive sealant I purchased is CLEAR. You can tell before you purchase it because at the flat end of the tube, opposite from the nozzle, the words CLEAR - TRANSPARENT are printed at the very top.

Is this suitable for installing drop in kitchen sink?

Possibly, however I found this product to not be thick enough and takes a very long time to dry.  I personally would not use it and will not be purchasing again. Hope that helps you make an informed decision.
