Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does NOT Dry Clear This goes on white and is supposed to dry clear. It does not, so be warned. To be clear, if you are using a very thin surface layer, it will dry clear. But if you have to fill any cracks or seals bigger than an eighth of an inch or a few mm, it will stay white. Now we have a bunch of white lines everywhere we will have to strip out. What a pain. Silicone will go on clear and stay clear.

I bought the transparent, because I had a few spots in my walk in shower that i want to fill without drawing attention. It works well, when the shower is dry, but stand out like a sore thumb when wet. My mistake!!!!!

I saw a similar review of this product at the time but thought maybe the user applied too much. I only had a very small gap between my counter and under-mount sink. Do NOT buy this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the quality product I expected Doesn't give the quality finish I expected and not easy to use. I had bought for this the Biscuit colour and being 100% waterproof, and so it ticked those boxes. The main issue I had is in the application. Firstly, I was only sealing about 15ft of kitchen tile & granite worktop, but the tube is not particularly the best for producing a consistent bead. I would have preferred a caulking gun for better control. As i extruded the bead, the flow from the tube wasn't great and a few air bubbles in the tube didn't help the finish, even wiping wasn't great. Secondly, the material itself is rather odd, it feels like a highly filled standard caulk with some silicone added, not 100% silicone which may take longer to cure but is a better flexible finish. This material ends up hard as iron and as I cleaned up a bit of excess with a scalpel knife, it fractured and I had to redo the bead. Nope, I might just get this stuff off and reapply a full silicone material. Not recommending this stuff unless you are doing a little bit of a repair or desperate.

Is this white silicone glossy/shiny after it dries?

Well… it’s been 2.5 years since I ordered this. But as I recall, it has the glossiness of semi-gloss or eggshell-type paint. It blends in very well with white paint. Hope that helps.

Bought the "Biscuit" colour. How long after application does the colour show up? Looks white right now.

Could this be used on the roof of a trailer?  Will this product go yellow, especially if iron in the water,  as I have seen some reviews that suggest this?

Is this sealant 100% silicone? Can it be used to caulk an acrylic tub?

Can this sealant be used to seal under the sink where the drain pipe is attached? The old plumber's putty used previously has since dried up and cracked.
