These metal registers are well-made and should last a lifetime. The register control is not obvious but is accessible. The registers are made in Canada. 5 stars!

Are these Daysun 4x10 floor registers all metal, and is the finish for "Storm" colour a metallic or just a flat grey? Thanks.

Hi, Thank you for your question. The damper itself it made of aluminum, however there is a nylon pivot pin to allow it to open and close. The body of the register however is made of North American architectural aluminum to ensure you have strength where it matters most. The grey isn't a shiny metallic finish, however it isn't fully flat either. A small amount of metallic flake is added to the finish to elevate its appearance.
