Was going to use this on trim of a 5pc bedroom dresser set- it’s thick and misleading, is also THE pinkest rose gold I’ve ever seen, and even though it has a nice finish, I will be redoing the piece I finished because it took 8 (8!) coats to make it (mostly) solid.

You should be able to...however, we don't test our paints with other manufacturer's products, so we can't guarantee the results. Can this be paint on stair which already be paint with floor paint?

As long as the existing paint is not a solvent-based paint or stain, it should apply correctly. However, it is not formulated to hold up to heavy traffic area such as stairs, so you will need to seal with a clear water-based sealer for long term durability. -DecoArt Paint Guru

The Metallic Paint is not formulated to withstand outside elements in itself. It will require a water-based outdoor rated sealer for any projects for exterior use. -DecoArt Paint Guru

Chris, Yes, this paint can be applied to concrete and/or plaster planters. A couple of recommendations: 1. Since concrete is porous, it may take at least two coats to get the metallic sheen you're seeking, and 2. this paint is not rated for outdoor use in itself...it will require a clear, water-based sealer over it if used for outdoor applications. -DecoArt Paint Guru

Yes, this paint can be used for regular wall painting. However, it is a water-based paint...so if it is being applied over an oil based paint we cannot guarantee coverage, nor how it will react to the paint. -DecoArt Paint Guru

It's a creamy-textured paint, quite a bit thicker than most metallics on the market. It goes on well and gives great coverage when applied with a brush, but would need to be significantly thinned in order to be applied with a spraying device. Both Krylon and Rustoleum have decent rose gold spray paints now and I'd probably go with one of those instead. The Krylon, I think, is especially nice-looking.
