Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy it especially if stored in garden centre Should have looked at the reviews. I often think negatives are the exceptions but in this case, I'd encourage you to find another option. I bought four bags. At least 25% was a write-off as it was clumpy. About 50% was moist so it didn't just fall in the cracks but had to be worked in. Even then, as the sun dried it out, it showed gaps so I had to go over it multiple times before I stopped seeing gaps. At the very least Home Depot should store this indoors. There's a reason the concrete mix is not stored in the garden centre. No idea why they would think the polymeric sand doesn't need the same protection from moisture.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Product Purchased 6 bags and all had numerous large hardened clumps inside. Impossible to break up to use so had to pick them out. None of these bags had holes in them so I can only assume moisture was in the bags when packaged at the factory.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do waste time and money with this product. Horrible product. On my second bag. Same issue. Sand hardens with first watering after installation, but sections do not, installed and watered the exact same way. and then , comes the first hard rain, it turns into loose sand, everywhere so waste of money and effort. Now I have to suck out the sand and start over with an other brand. . Obviously a problem with the polymer mix or ratio.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Product You’d think I’d have learned by now. Five bags last year and it never hardened, just loose sand. This year I cleaned all the joints out completely, and used four bags. I rolled each bag to ensure they mixed and carefully followed the instructions. Again, same thing. It’s been seven days now and it’s a mess. Home Depot needs to quality check their vendors. - hope I don’t get a “canned” response for my review.

After 24 hours as well, the joint were not strong enough and I see now some erosion of sand happening all over. Not very happy given the high cost. Used 6 bags and returned 5 bags :(

I'm about a week out and the sand never hardened and I already have weeds growing back through in some spots. Over $100 dollars and hours of time down the drain. Highly encourage you to find a different product.

It got rained on Thursday; now Friday it is not polymerized at all…it’s just like regular sand in the cracks. Could have had regular sand for 1/4 the price.
